First Memory
by Louise Glück
Long ago, I was wounded. I lived
to revenge myself
against my father, not
for what he was—
for what I was: from the beginning of time,
in childhood, I thought
that pain meant
I was not loved.
It meant I loved. ... www.researchetc.com

After I first read the physicians account of the death of Jesus, I wept. We all often say how thankful we are that Jesus died for our sins, but I don't think people realize what he really suffered physically for us. Not to mention the mental anguish which we can never comprehend. I don't think I will ever take for granted the sacrifice he suffered for my life. Daily I seek to be worthy of the love and suffering he shows me!!!! Thank you for enlightening me.

I have found your web site to be awesome! The information about the physical death of Jesus has been very helpful to me. God bless you! Keep up the good work; and, thank you very much! >>> The tribute to "911" is an excellent production - worthy of sharing and the time spent viewing it. What irony to me that the pain and suffering of the innocent "911" victims and their families pales to the pain and suffering on the cross by Christ.

YOU SAVE YOUR OWN SOUL !

Salvation in the book of the prophets.
There is no price for past sins, If you turn from your sins and your past sins will not
be mentioned! The slaughter of the N.T. is a pagan doctrine, with deceived believers !

Eze 18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
Eze 18:22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

Eze 18:27 Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.
Eze 18:28 Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Eze 33:14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
Eze 33:15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Eze 33:16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

Deu 6:25 And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before Yahvah as he hath commanded us.

Pro 12:28 In the way of righteousness is life; and in the pathway thereof there is no death.

Pro 19:16 He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die.

Pro 21:21 He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honor.

You save your soul by keeping the Ten Commandments! No sacrifice needed !

May God bless you even more. Amen. You keep the faith no matter what, OK? Because some Christians depart from, cast off, or stray from the faith (1 Tim. 4:1, 5:12, 6:10,21). One can fall from grace (Gal. 5:4-7). One can sell their birthright (Heb. 12:15-17). For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins - Heb. 10:26. Look what Paul knew could have happened to him (1 Cor. 9:27), or to an elder (1 Tim. 3:6,7), or see what can happen to any Christian (2 Peter 2:20,21). I hope you aren't one of those who will not endure sound doctrine (2 Tim. 4:3,4). I hope for your best. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

This a very moving site that brings me to tears everytime I turn to it. It captures a piece of histroy that needs to be told as often as possible so that generations to come will remember the ugliness of what horrific hate can do to turn man against man. Our Father ’s son is not Jesus! His son is the sons of Jacob! Ex.4:22-23, Hosea 11:1, That is why our Father calls the sons of Jacob His children! The N.T. is not inspired, it was written by man Isa.8:20, To the law and the Testimony if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no truth in them. The N.T. is for sure, not in accord with our Father's scripture above! Our Father’s name is Yahvah in Hebrew. Want literature? Anthony1@ctelco.net

Wonderfull insight into the life of Christ. I am a living testimony that God heals today as He has always has. This testimony of God healing me from Colon Cancer in 1994 is documented in the book titled "This is Your Day for a Miracle" by Benny Hinn Ministries. God Bless

I would like to compliment you on your thorough research into the passion and death of Jesus. It is truly something special, moving, and devotional , and provides great material for meditation. However, I am revolted by another section of your site in which you refer to priests at mass making the sign of the cross "thirty times." I have been going to mass every week, sometimes every day, for the last forty two years of my life, in Canada, the U.S., Ireland, and Australia, and have never seen such goings on as you describe (Why thirty times, anyway? Why not thirty three?).
Further, as mainline Protestant groups such as Anglicans are retrieving the sign of the cross, are they to be dismissed as "unscriptural and superstitious?" Or is it just us Catholics? I see nothing superstitious in symbolically reminding oneself of the price of our salvation, namely the cross of Christ, and I am insulted that at once you exalt the Cross, and demean my faith because for two thousand years we have chosen to honour it before and after we pray. Are you trying to tell this serious student of history that valid expressions of Christianity only date back to the 16th century AD (please, don't insult anyone's intelligence)? What existed between the first century and then? I would suggest, before you dismiss anything, including Catholicism, that you research it with an open mind and heart.

I love your site - to think some of us took the death of Christ for granted for so long and yet this site shows just how much He suffered to pay for our transgressions. Makes you think.

I Teach the "new Converts class" in our Church. This Information has been a blessing in a way that you all can not imagine. Line upon Line we go from Gethsemane to Trial, from Trail to Scourging, from Scourging to crucifiction. It would be a blessing if a Power point Presentation could be created to empower Growing and Begining Churches, Pastors and Ministers.
